COMPOSITION
Our Whisky Old Sport, a blend of Single Malt was developed in the Highlands from excellent malts.
This whisky is aged 3 years in oak barrels before undergoing a finish for another year in XO cognac barrels. This last maturation softens the malts, developing notes of citrus and dried fruits.
Every bottle is numbered and corresponds to a barrel.
Thanks to this different ageing in barrels we obtained a whisky which displays strength and finesse.
TASTING NOTES
It is light, fruity, allying notes of nuts to end on a palate of light toffee and dried apricots.
