This single-plot cuvée is distinguished by its vinification, where 100% of the Chardonnays are aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It reveals woody and vinous aromas, magnified by a long maturation on lees of more than 8 years. This Blanc de Blancs, enriched with reserve wines, draws its roundness and character from century-old roots anchored several meters in the Cramant subsoil, capturing the deep essence of its native land. A rare cuvée, it embodies the soul of a great "Puligny du Champagne", a sparkling version whose depth and complexity can be measured against the greatest whites of Burgundy.
