Grande Champagne XO

At first glance, it has an amber color with a golden tint typical of years spent in oak barrels.

The initial nose is lively, very fine, and elegant. The woodiness is very present, with a dominant floral aroma of vine flowers and white flowers. Upon aeration, this XO releases spicy notes as well as a woodiness bringing its vanilla, grilled, and roasted aromas.

On the palate, after a frank and lively attack, a perfect balance reveals silky and elegant tannins, as well as a powerful structure, more floral than fruity. Vanilla notes rise, accompanied by the sweetness of apricot, pastry butter and caramel.

The subtle notes of XO Coutanseaux Aîné cognac will perfectly enhance the iodized flavors of a great caviar.
