Grande Champagne XXO

A beautiful deep amber color, with orange highlights, typical of the many years spent in cellars.

The initial nose reveals notes of coffee, wood, and vanilla. The aromatic richness of this cognac is immediately evident, as is its intensity, power, and length. After aeration, complex notes of prune, damson, exotic fruits, and tobacco emerge.

On the palate, its structure is dense and ample, invading us with its woody, toasted, and spicy notes. On the finish, coffee, licorice, tobacco, fig, and leather are present. The tannins are silky, and the finish is smooth and persistent.

Against all expectations, the intense notes of XXO Coutanseaux Ainé will pair perfectly with the powerful flavors of game with orange.
