The unique personality of the Cuvée des Hussards was patiently shaped during the harvest, which began on September 25, 2013. After a cold and wet winter, a hot and dry summer provided ideal sunshine, allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly. Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this cuvée comes from plots in Vertus, a Premier Cru village. It is distinguished by its remarkable acidity and represents a true champagne for aging that will gain complexity with age.
